ADULT DAY PROGRAM

Daily Schedule

Each morning we start the day with exercise. Stretching and dancing are our usual activities. We also take walks, and sometimes walk in the local parks, allowing community involvement and physical activity.

Daily activities often include lots of arts and crafts. We love to draw, paint, and do other activities that provide an opportunity to engage all of the senses.
